Event Policy: Cancellation outside 30 days from the event results in a credit of the event fee, to use towards future events. Cancellation within 30 days from an event and a replacement is found a full event credit will also be given. In the event of a cancellation within 30 days and NO replacement is found, the individual is responsible for the full amount/ event fee (No future event credit).
